The primary objective of this project was to facilitate the successful entry and establishment of a Polish IT Company into the Saudi Arabian market. This endeavor aims to leverage the company’s strengths, products, and services to penetrate the Saudi market, key objectives included: market analysis, search for leads among own contacts and through other channels, and organization of meetings.
CFC Big Ideas organized the tour to the capital of Saudi Arabia from February 27 to March 3, 2022. The tour was for the Vice President of business development.
For this tour, CFC Big Ideas arranged meetings with C-level executives from eight pioneering Saudi companies, operating in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, banking, and insurance. During these meetings, the groups discussed opportunities for further business collaboration. The result is several requests for proposals and a signed contract.
Since the establishment of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 National Development Plan six years ago, the Saudi government has attached great importance to developing its IT sector, working tirelessly to digitalize government and business processes as well as public services. We can see significant results in the country’s digitalization; however, Saudi Arabia has faced a lack of IT vendors qualified to provide relevant services. Thus, Saudi companies from all sectors of the economy are eager to find business partners from Eastern Europe and other countries.
