This event comes in response to the global trend of declining support to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the corporate world in the last 12 months.
Companies are now facing reduced commitment from top-level leaders, shrinking DEI programs, and employee disengagement from diversity training. To address these challenges, Diversity Fatigue Summit provides practical knowledge on identifying and managing the early signs of diversity fatigue.
