CFC Big Ideas’ platform Global Inclusion Online Forum (GIOF) is gearing up for an upcoming event Diversity Fatigue Summit on May 18, which has already attracted over 1,200 attendees. This event comes in response to the global trend of declining support to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the corporate world in the last 12 months.
Companies are now facing reduced commitment from top-level leaders, shrinking DEI programs, and employee disengagement from diversity training. To address these challenges, Diversity Fatigue Summit provides practical knowledge on identifying and managing the early signs of diversity fatigue.
Headline speakers confirmed for the event are Dr. Yetta Toliver, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Xerox; Laura Agharkar, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Culture at Nasdaq; Traci Sanders, Vice President, Global Head of DE&I at Verizon; Antoinette Hamilton, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Lam Research. Kostiantyn Gridin, Partner and COO of CFC Big Ideas will also have his presentation at the event.
The female factor, a global career and leadership platform dedicated to closing the gender leadership gap worldwide, is joining the event as the Networking Partner. Mahdis Gharaei, Co-Founder and CEO of the company, will serve as a Moderator of the main panel of the Summit.
