Davos Energy Week, organized by CFC Big Ideas, became the only event hosted in Davos in January of 2021. The main goal of the event was to draw the attention of global business leaders to acute issues in the energy industry.
DEW featured 7 state Ministers of Energy of the UK, Luxembourg, Ireland, Belgium, Norway, Austria, and Columbia, and 80+ speakers overall, including key energy players, representatives of the largest global corporations, international energy companies, the world’s biggest banks, and major consultancies.
Davos Energy Week gathered 5000+ energy enthusiasts for 30 keynotes, 6 panel discussions, startup pitch contest & online expo, and numerous workshops. After the success of DEW 2021, the event will be held annually under its new name, Future Energy Week.
CFC Big Ideas became our General Contractor for the first Ukraine House Davos project in 2018. Doing this event for the first time, we all had to work day and night overcoming a number of challenges and crisis situations. As a member of the UHD Organizing Committee, I appreciate the CFC team’s professionalism and dedication.
