Since 2018 to 2023 CFC Big Ideas has been providing strategic communications support to PrivatBank, Ukraine’s banking institution and a cornerstone of the country’s financial system. PrivatBank was nationalized in 2016 due to its unhealthy financial standing throughout 2015-2016. 

Since then, the bank has significantly improved its financial performance, reporting net profits starting from the end of the 2018 financial year and further. 

CFC Big Ideas’ role lay in helping the bank develop its communication strategy, coordinate its communications with strategic stakeholders including the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as supporting its international communications with foreign media.
