The CFC Big Ideas team has recently been awarded a new contract to organize two 3-day training sessions for journalists on behalf of the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM). The training will focus on the theme of Combating Conservation Crimes, covering topics such as wildlife and timber trafficking, illegal fishing, IUU fishing, and illegal mining.
The training sessions will take place in two different cities, namely Libreville in Gabon, and Accra in Ghana. The USAGM’s objective is to equip up to twenty journalists in each session with essential knowledge and resources to tackle these urgent environmental challenges.
