Lviv, March 11th, 2010. On March 11th, CFC Consulting Partner, Vasyl Myroshnychenko, was invited to be a guest speaker at a meeting of the European Business Association (EBA), held at the EBA’s L’viv facility. Committee participants discussed the topic, “The PR aspects of corporate disputes.” During the meeting, Mr. Myroshnychenko spoke about the concept of conflict, the possible conditions of crisis, conflict communication functions, and how to prevent crises through PR. Two key questions were raised:

Mr. Myroshnychenko separately focused on the concepts of image and reputation, “stressing that image is a snapshot, while reputation is the album that is filled over the course of time.”
