CFC Big Ideas’ platform Global Inclusion Online Forum (GIOF) successfully conducted its highly anticipated Diversity Fatigue Summit on May 18, 2023. The virtual event garnered global interest, with an attendance of 1,400 participants from over 70 countries.
The Summit provided attendees with invaluable insights into identifying early signs of diversity fatigue and equipping them with strategies to manage it effectively. The event kicked off with a panel discussion featuring four esteemed global heads of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from Fortune 500 companies.
As the Diversity Fatigue Summit wraps up, the GIOF team is already focused on the next event in their calendar, the DEI Data Summit. Scheduled for July 11, 2023, the DEI Data Summit aims to explore the peculiarities of collecting and measuring corporate data on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
