The CFC Big Ideas platform, Global Inclusion Online Forum, held its second major event of the year, DEI Data Summit, on July 11, 2023.
DEI Data Summit highlighted the importance of measuring inclusion and creating an inclusive workplace that maximizes the benefits of diversity. Participants learned to collaborate with external partners and research institutions, adopt mindful diversity metrics, and tailor questions to cultural sensitivities while supporting underrepresented groups.
More than 1,000 virtual participants representing over 60 countries attended the Summit. Main speakers of the event included Diversity Chiefs and DEI Data Leads from Philip Morris International (Switzerland), Aleria (New York), Included (London), Ipsos (Canada), PwC (Canada), Diversity Atlas (Australia), and The Winters Group (North Carolina).
