The Global Inclusion Online Forum held its last event in 2023, the Blind Hiring Summit, on October 12.
The event focused on fully blind hiring to combat biases in the hiring process and brought together DE&I experts from Europe and North America to experience fully blind hiring from the perspective of both candidates and hiring managers.
Blind Hiring, which removes personal information from job applications, aims to reduce discrimination and promote equal opportunities. CFC Big Ideas and Jobecam, the leading blind hiring platform hired the first person in the world via this innovative process in July 2023.
