CFC Big Ideas’ platform Global Inclusion Online Forum (GIOF) announced new online events and projects to be held this season.
The first event, Diversity Fatigue Summit, will take place on May 18th and aims to provide practical knowledge on how to identify early signs of diversity fatigue and proactively manage them. Сonfirmed panelists for the event are Laura Agharkar, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Culture at Nasdaq, Yetta Toliver, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Xerox, Traci Sanders, Vice President, Global Head of DE&I at Verizon and Antoinette Hamilton, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Lam Research.
In addition to the Diversity Fatigue Summit, GIOF announced the World’s First Fully Blind Hiring Experiment, committed to making hiring decisions before knowing the candidates’ identities. GIOF is calling on companies of any size who are interested in participating to take part in this unprecedented experiment soon.
