At the start of November, CFC Consulting signed a contract with the state-owned Irish bank, IBRC, for the provision of PR support for the situation which occurred with the public company, Univermag Ukraine. The lodging of multiple lawsuits against the Univermag and its majority shareholder, the Quinn Holdings Sweden AB (QHS), in the Kyiv City Commercial Court resulted in the threat of an illegitimate seizure of this asset. According to the terms of the contract, CFC Consulting is responsible for the coverage of and the protection of the rights and lawful interests of the IBRC in Ukrainian mass media.
