On September 21, an International Youth Forum,“Youth calls for action – fair elections as the key to Ukraine’s European integration,” took place at the Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine.
The honorable guests at the forum were Vytautas Landsbergis, member of the European Parliament, the first head of the Supreme Council of Lithuania, and former head of state from 1990 to1992, and Oleg Riabokon, head of the Central Council of UNGO “Civil Rights Movement of Oleg Riabokon.” The goal of the event was to discuss the prospects of European integration, as well as the impact of parliamentary elections in Ukraine.
The meeting was moderated by Vasyl Myroshnychenko, partner at CFC Consulting and co-organizer of the forum. Among the organizers there were also the Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine, the Alumni Association of London School of Economics in Ukraine, the Baltic States Club, “Young Democracy,” and an organization called Baltic Vision Group.
