On December 1, 2023, the CFC Big Ideas team organized a live online interview with Oleksii Movchan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Economic Development.
The topic of the interview was “Draft Law 5593-D – what changes to expect and whether they will be sufficient for a comprehensive reform of corporate governance in state-owned companies.” It was dedicated to the future of corporate governance in state-owned companies, specifically whether Draft Law 5593-D will be adopted, what it will change, and whether it can address all current issues and conclude the long process of reforming corporate governance in state-owned companies.
СFC Big Ideas was responsible for providing a platform, managing broadcasting capacity, facilitating the broadcast, and promoting the online event through social media channels for the Ukrainian SOE Weekly project. The online event was organized with the financial support of the European Union within the project “Supporting Ukraine in Rebuilding and Recovery” implemented by the KSE Institute.
