About 10-20 percent of the population of any country comprise people with disabilities, special needs, or members of vulnerable or discriminated groups. Each inclusive solution, product or service, aimed at meeting the needs of these groups, brings a company on average to three additional “non-inclusive” customers.
Diversity and inclusion is one of the most progressive business trends in the Western business world, which is now only beginning its journey in Ukraine. Meanwhile, most business leaders tend to view inclusion merely as an additional cost that helps improve their companys’ reputation.
The experience of a number of global corporations as well as numerous research studies show that diversity and inclusion practices can be used not only to establish social justice but also serve as a tool for additional income and business growth. Companies with greater diversity are more likely to outperform less diverse peers in terms of profitability.
During the webinar, representatives of CFC Big Ideas will present to top Ukrainian managers and business owners successful diversity and inclusion examples from personal experience. They will also reflect on diversity and inclusion experiences of the world’s leading companies.
The event will be held online on October 6th (in Ukrainian) and October 7th (in English) at 5 p.m (Kyiv time) upon preliminary registration.
