CFC Consulting signs an agreement on the provision of public relations services under the project ‘Reform of district heating in Ukraine’

The USAID-funded ‘Urban Heating Reform in Ukraine’ project is implemented by the International Resources Group (IRG). The RMT project assists Ukraine in transforming district heating into a financially viable and stable district heating industry. The activities of CFC Consulting in the field of providing public relations services will include working with the public and officials to explain the benefits of the proposed changes in legislation; tariff reform, measures to provide social protection, rand educating the public on simple ways to  conserve energy, and i the resulting benefits to individual energy payments and the  country’s energy security.
