Why Executive Study Tours?
The key factor of the world’s biggest companies’ success’ is their talent management. Their innovations, record revenues, and amazing products were made by people they managed to hire, motivate and retain. Their senior leaders share small pieces of their talent management wisdom in their public speeches, while most of their knowledge remains hidden behind their closed doors. The only way to get their in-depth knowledge is through trusted in-person conversations with their leadership teams.
Our Executive Study Tours present a unique opportunity of in-depth learning of people management from global leaders in the field. Since 2008, we have conducted over 100 Executive Study Tours to the most people-oriented global companies: Netflix, Zappos, Google, Meta and many others. Many tour participants were able to use that knowledge to solidify the leadership in their core markets.
